The National Heritage Board’s Museum Roundtable Hongbao Campaign returns in 2026 for the Year of the Horse, and features a cute horse mascot which has been adapted to 49 unique designs, inspired by each of the participating museums, heritage institutions and galleries.

From 23 January to 15 February 2026, members of the public can visit any of the 49 participating Museum Roundtable (MR) museums to collect an exclusive set of red packets. Each visitor is entitled to one set of six red packets from each museum, while stocks last. 

This year’s MR Hongbao Campaign will also feature Hongbao Hunt, a gamified experience for collectors at six participating NHB museums and institutions. Collectors would have to sign in at a webpage on their devices, solve a riddle to locate a particular artefact within the museum, and then scan the artefact to obtain a unique QR code, which can then be used to redeem their red packets at a designated vending machine.

Mr Goh Chour Thong, Director (International and Museum Relations), NHB, said: “The Museum Roundtable Hongbao Campaign has helped many to explore and enjoy Singapore’s wide range of museums, and we hope this year’s campaign will continue this tradition. We also hope the Hongbao Hunt experience will enrich Singaporeans’ interest in and knowledge of some of the key artefacts in our National Collection displayed at NHB’s museums and institutions, and make their experience more memorable. For example, we encourage visitors to slow down, observe museum artefacts more closely, and learn about the stories behind them as they go about their collection routes.”

Museum Roundtable Hongbao Campaign 以全新互动体验回归马年,参与 NHB 博物馆和机构可体验趣味游戏

National Heritage Board, NHB 的 Museum Roundtable Hongbao Campaign 将于 2026 年马年回归,今年活动亮点是一只可爱的马年吉祥物,并根据 49 家参与的博物馆、文化遗产机构和画廊设计了 49 款独特造型。

从 2026 年 1 月 23 日至 2 月 15 日,公众可前往任何一家参与的 49 家 Museum Roundtable (MR) 博物馆领取专属利是封套装。每位访客在库存有限的情况下,可从每家博物馆领取一套包含六个利是封的套装。

今年的 MR Hongbao Campaign 还新增了 Hongbao Hunt,为六家参与的 NHB 博物馆和机构提供趣味游戏体验。参与者需在其设备上的网页进行签到,解开谜题以找到博物馆中的特定文物,然后扫描该文物以获取独特二维码,再凭二维码在指定自动贩卖机兑换利是封。
