Step into the vibrant world of the Colour Socks Parade 2024 where
creativity knows no bounds!
Join us in celebrating inclusivity and immerse yourself in a festival
showcasing the remarkable talents of persons with intellectual disability
(PWIDs). Witness their incredible skills and become a part of our expanding
community dedicated to supporting PWIDs and their families.
The Colour Socks Parade plays a pivotal role in raising awareness for
disabilities and advocates for the availability of further community-based
support services for PWIDs in Singapore.
This year, we invite you on a journey of compassion alongside our gifted
artists who will offer special insights into their creative process. Support our
cause through donations and unlock special rewards, including festival
coupons, access to exclusive craft activities and participation in the “Paint a
Tile” fundraising initiative. These meaningful incentives not only provide
opportunities for celebration but also foster inclusivity, strengthening the bond
between you and the individuals you are supporting.
Every donation counts and your contribution can help fuel the passion for
beautiful creations to blossom. Contribute to the MINDS Colour Socks
Parade and support the community of PWIDs and their families.
Together, let’s unite in the art of giving and dye the world in vibrant colours
through the Colour Socks Parade!

The Colour Socks Parade is a vibrant celebration of self-expression and
artistic talent, showcasing the creativity of persons with intellectual disability
(PWIDs). Taking place from 1 April to 30 June 2024, this campaign coincides
with World Down Syndrome Day (21 March) and World Autism Day (2 April).
Organised by MINDS, the Inclusive Arts Festival happening on 6 April 2024
offers a diverse range of art activities and performances. Engage in the
enlightening Key Word Sign Workshop, where participants will learn manual
signs and gestures to support communication for individuals facing speech
or communication difficulties. Attendees can enrich their interactive sign
vocabulary and receive a Basic Key Word Sign Certificate of Attendance.
