Opus Bar & Grill’s Jarrah Wood flamed section takes center stage with its carnivorous delight of Oak Coal Chicken Thigh seasoned with a chipotle rub, succulent Baby Pork Ribs, flavourful Smoked Beef Brisket, and the freshness of the Local Catch Whole Fish. From il Cielo, relish the rich and authentic Italian flavours of housemade pizzas and pastas, including the Calabrese Pizza and classic Basil Pesto Genovese pasta.
