School’s out! We’ve prepared some free activities families can bring their children to participate in at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) this upcoming March Holidays! 

  1. BeLONG’s Art Playground 

Say hello to BeLONG and relive your childhood in this playground! BeLONG welcomes the young and young-at-heart to explore Singapore’s unique CNY customs in a fun and colourful playground inspired by our local HDB playgrounds. Hurry head down to visit BeLONG before 30 Apr.

  1. Secret Ingredients Travelling Exhibition

Singapore is a food paradise. Here, you will find many iconic Chinese Singaporean dishes. Have you wondered how these dishes came to be? 

The dishes in this exhibition are all hiding secret “ingredients”. Unlike food ingredients in a recipe, these are “cultural” ingredients. We can find traces of these secret ingredients in the stories of our iconic dishes. 

Bring your children along and begin your mission to uncover these secret ingredients at the Briefing Station from now till 24 May. Hurry, time is running out.

From now till 1 May, visit Hi K, I’ve Got This: Drawing Perseverance, an exhibition by Singaporean illustrator Paige Lee that highlights everyday examples of having the resilience to overcome life’s challenges. Encourage your children through her lively illustrations, as Paige offers a personal perspective on how we can live our lives with perseverance.
